Request Account Deletion

If you want your Entrustor user account removed, you can submit a deletion request here. This request is reviewed by an administrator before any account is deleted.

What Happens Next

A request is logged and sent to your organisation's Entrustor administrator for review. Deletion is not instant. Your organisation may need to keep some operational or compliance records where there is a lawful reason to do so.

Before You Request Deletion

Your login may stop working once the request is actioned.
Historic audit, safety or compliance records may still need to be retained.
If you only need incorrect details corrected, contact your administrator instead.
